No. Position Responsibility & Requirements
1. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT/ EXECUTIVE Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all aspects of accounting, SST and personal & corporate tax related analysis.
  • Responsible to manage full set of accounts for company.
  • Coordinate monthly accounts closing including financial statements preparation, supporting schedules, tax computations and related matter.
  • Assist in preparing/ checking monthly/ quarterly SST reporting, SST return and payment.
  • Liaise with client on matters relating to accounting, GST & SST.
  • Perform finalisation of accounts.
  • Able to keep full set accounts for more than one company independently.
  • Preparation and timely submission of monthly accounts, yearly closing of accounts for annual audit and other required report.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc assignments as and when required to provide management for decision making.

Requirements:

  • Preferably Mandarin speaking.
  • Candidate must possess at least full qualification in LCCI or CAT or Diploma in Accounting or partial professional qualification of ACCA, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Working experience at least 1 year and above with the same company is encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate with passion to develop accounting career is added advantage.
  • Knowledge of accounting software applications, Microsoft Word and Excel is an added advantage.
  • Preferably with knowledge of AutoCount Accounting System.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia as well as possess excellent communication.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, planning, managerial and technical skills to execute specialized assignments are important pre-requisites.
  • Highly motivated, results oriented and capable to troubleshoot and resolve work problems effectively.

  • Remuneration will commensurate in accordance with qualification and experience subject to review of work performance.

2. COMPANY SECRETARIAL ASSISTANT Responsibilities:

  • Assist in incorporating new company for clients.
  • Assist in preparing resolutions, minutes & statutory forms.
  • Assist in preparing & submission of Annual Return & Audited Financial Statement using SSM MBRS preparation tool.
  • Assist in ensuring proper submission & maintenance of statutory return of the clients’ companies as required by the companies Act 2016.
  • Assist in ensuring proper maintenance of statutory books, administrative records updating of registers of Members, Directors, Secretarial, charge, transfer & substantial Shareholders.
  • Assist in coordinating and arrange submission of documents to SSM or courier of documents.
  • Assist in other secretarial administration work from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate MUST POSSESS MAICSA or License Secretary or its equivalents.
  • Minimum experience in similar post or field is at least 3-5 years.
  • Good minutes-writing, Good command in written & spoken English, knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Able to manage portfolio of clients independently.
  • Candidates possess the followings experiences are added advantage :-
  • Dealing with company limited by guarantee
  • Organising AGM, EGM & board meeting
  • Reliable with a strong sense of integrity.
  • Well verse with Public Company Limited by guarantee (“CLBG”) not having share is added advantage.
  • Possess high level of commitment & good interpersonal skills.
